Masterchef: The Professionals finalist Sven-Hanson Britt cooked up a storm at the first official event hosted by OpenHaus kitchens.

Sven, who is the Miele executive chef, put 'OpenHaus' appliances to the test to create three stunning dishes for the assembled guests - baked baby cauliflower with a yoghurt dressing for starter, succulent belly pork with Jersey Royals and locally grown asparagus for the main and delicate raspberry Mille Feuille for dessert.  Where possible all the ingredients were locally sourced, none more so than the wild garlic picked in the OpenHaus garden!
