Success at the OpenHaus Launch Party!

OpenHaus Launch party with Michelin star chef Tristan - Horsham Coffee Roaster - Wimblehurst Chocolates and Eventology International mixologist........

Hosted on Sunday 26th June - Tristan, of well-known and Michelin starred Horsham Restaurant Tristan, greeted guests with charred Mackerel, cucumber compress and Horseradish volutè, explaining some of the innovative techniques he uses.

Working alongside Tristan was Aaron Page of Eventology International who entertained guests with his shaker acrobatics and tasters of his own personal cocktail creations such as - Eastern Vanilla fizz and a Rum'n'Raisin Mojito, adding a touch of drama to events, by infusing the cocktails with his own smoked Hickory, as he served guests.

Other delights on offer were hand rolled truffles made with local cream and prepared by Wimblehurst Chocolates of Horsham, which slipped down perfectly with fresh coffee from the Horsham Coffee Roaster.  Coffee prepared with the greatest of care, all elements carefully weighed and the timed, and presented to eager guests.

Our very own kitchen designer Jon Hunt was also baking and producing canapes, demonstating the potential of the showroom appliances and of course his considerable culinary skills!
